From a young age, Joshua had a knack for electronics. Taking them apart, figuring out how they worked. Although he struggled in school he excelled in Boy Scouts completing life scout requirements. There he discovered that he is passionate about solving problems and helping people. Also during high school he began programming and learning the inner workings of computers. After high school he began studying music and sound engineering. Running sound for local churches he learned how rooms react to sounds. Shortly after through a close family friend he began his career in audio video and home automation. There wasn’t much of a learning curve it just all made sense. Over the next few years, he had worked off and on in this industry, while also helping friends start and grow their businesses. Learning that he also had a passion for business he went to school to get his degree in business. After spending a few years in management, he moved up to partner, and eventually took ownership of his former bosses company. Wile putting in the ground work for Platinum Smart Homes LLC.
